One-stop service

Six stages that cover the typical project from first conversation to delivered order — one team, no handoffs.

Consultation

We discuss your application, process conditions and the result you need, and help frame the real requirement before any product is proposed.

Selection

We match a standard grade from our range or outline a compound solution where a single product will not cover it.

Research & development

For non-standard needs we develop a formulation against your indicators and prepare trial samples with technical parameters.

Testing

Products are checked before delivery, and we can arrange third-party compliance testing where a market or application calls for it.

Delivery

We plan packaging and logistics around the product's properties and your location, including hazardous-goods handling where relevant.

After-sales

After delivery we keep supporting application performance and respond to technical questions.

Custom service

When an off-the-shelf grade cannot meet the spec, we run a co-created development path: we capture the requirement with you, design and trial a formula, scale it up, and move to volume production. Throughout, the same technical people who understood the problem stay on the project, which keeps the iteration loop short and the result closer to what your line actually needs.

Capability

We operate in-house testing facilities and work with university and research institutes on joint development. This lets us verify product behaviour, support formulation work, and draw on external expertise for specialised projects that go beyond our standard range.

Certification assistance

We can assist clients with EU REACH and US UL as a service — preparing documentation and coordinating testing. These are not our own certificates; we confirm the applicable certificates case by case with the customer and the relevant bodies, and we are clear about what we can and cannot provide.

Sample policy

Free 500 g to 1000 g samples are available for evaluation. The buyer pays freight, and the sample value is deducted from a future bulk order. Samples let both sides confirm fit before committing to volume, which is the cheapest way to de-risk a formulation change.

Documentation and export support

Beyond the chemistry, we help with the paperwork that cross-border supply requires. That includes safety data sheets, commercial invoices and packing lists prepared for customs, and coordination with freight forwarders experienced in chemical cargo. For regulated markets we brief you on the documentation your import will need, so a shipment is not held at the border for missing papers. We would rather sort the format with you up front than fix it after a container is already moving, and we keep the documents consistent with the grade and batch we actually ship.

How a project flows

  1. Consultation — we map the application, process conditions and targets.
  2. Selection — we propose a standard grade or a compound direction.
  3. Research & testing — we develop, sample and verify performance.
  4. Delivery & after-sales — we supply, document and keep supporting you.

Not every engagement needs all four steps. A standard reorder may be a quick selection and delivery; a new formulation may loop through research and testing more than once. We scale the process to the problem.
