About NTJN
Supplier and manufacturer of industrial surfactants, polyether polyols, and textile auxiliaries — emulsifiers, anionic & nonionic surfactants, and textile auxiliaries for textile, metal processing, cosmetics, coatings, plastics, paper, pharmaceutical, food and agrochemical applications.
Nantong Jienuo Chemical Co., Ltd. is a chemical manufacturer based in Haian City, Jiangsu Province, China. We develop and supply surfactants, polyether polyols and textile auxiliaries for industrial customers across multiple export markets. Our role is to help formulators and producers choose the right additive for their process and to supply it consistently, with technical support from first inquiry to after-sales.
What we do
Four capabilities that explain how a Chinese chemical supplier works with international buyers — from in-house production to after-sales support.
In-house production
Production in Haian, Jiangsu, with in-process control from raw material inspection through finished goods testing, batch traceability and documented procedures.
Custom formulation
When a standard grade does not fit, the technical team designs a formula from your application, performance targets and constraints, then prepares trial samples and scales to volume.
Export-ready documentation
Documentation and packaging aligned to each export market — REACH and TSCA screening where applicable, hazardous-goods logistics with leak-proof and temperature-controlled packaging.
Full-process support
The same technical people cover consultation, selection, delivery and after-sales — no handoff between sales and lab — so the question is answered by the people who built the grade.
What we manufacture
Our product range centres on surface-active chemistry and polyether intermediates. We produce anionic and nonionic surfactants, polyether polyols, emulsifiers and a broad set of textile auxiliaries. These materials are supplied as standard grades and, where a process demands it, as tailored formulations developed against a customer's own specification.
Because the same molecule often spans several industries, we organise the catalogue by both chemistry and use: a polyether polyol is both a polyether and a metalworking-fluid component, and an emulsifier is also a textile auxiliary. That dual view helps customers who know their problem but not the product name find the right starting point, and it keeps related grades together when you are comparing options.
The same chemistry serves many industries. Our products are used as dye levellers, emulsifiers, penetrants, defoamers, antistatic agents, detergents, solubilizers, softeners, dispersants, release agents and lubricants, and they support applications in textile, metal processing, cosmetics, coatings, plastics, paper, pharmaceutical, food and agrochemical production.
How we work with customers
We treat selection as a shared engineering task rather than a catalogue lookup. Four points summarise how we work:
- Custom product development. When a standard grade does not fit, our technical team designs a formula from the customer's application, performance targets and constraints, then prepares samples and scales to volume production.
- Full-process support. We stay involved across consultation, product selection, research and development, in-house testing, delivery and after-sales, so the same people who understand the requirement also support the supply.
- Testing and verification. Products are checked before delivery, and we can arrange third-party compliance testing (for example through SGS or Intertek) where a market or application requires it.
- Sample policy. Free 500 g to 1000 g samples are available for evaluation. The buyer covers freight, and the sample value is deducted from a future bulk order.
Markets we serve
We supply customers in Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, India, Middle East and Other export regions. Working across regions with different regulatory frameworks has shaped how we document and package products for export.
Our commitment
We run the business on a simple operating principle: quality first, and serve the customer. That means being straight about what a product can and cannot do, confirming regional suitability before sampling, and standing behind the material we ship. We would rather tell a customer that a grade is not the right fit than ship something that underperforms in their line.
We also act as a supplier for grades we do not manufacture in-house, which lets us offer a broader basket to regular customers without compromising on the items we do make. The aim is to be useful across your whole formulation, not only on the lines where we happen to have capacity, and to be honest about which is which when we propose a grade.
If you are scoping a formulation or reviewing a supplier, we are happy to talk through the chemistry and the practical details. The fastest way to start is our inquiry form.
