Resources
Product manuals, technical data sheets and catalogues for our surfactants, polyether polyols and textile auxiliaries — available on request.
Document library
Four categories of documents we prepare for the products we supply. Specifications are confirmed per grade and per order, so documents are provided on request rather than as a fixed public library.
Product manuals
An overview of a product's properties, typical use and handling notes — the right place to start when you are new to a grade.
Technical data sheets
Specification-level detail for a grade, including the parameters we test and the values we confirm. Issued for the specific lot and version you buy.
Catalogues & brochures
Our product range across surfactants, polyether polyols and textile auxiliaries — useful for an at-a-glance view before you narrow down a grade.
Application notes
Guidance on using a product in a specific process or industry — formulation pointers, compatibility notes, dosing and handling.
Downloadable resources
We prepare technical documents for the products we supply. The main categories are:
- Product manuals — an overview of a product's properties, typical use and handling notes.
- Technical data sheets (TDS) — specification-level detail for a grade, including the parameters we test and the values we confirm.
- Catalogues and brochures — our product range across surfactants, polyether polyols and textile auxiliaries.
- Application notes — guidance on using a product in a specific process or industry.
Because specifications are confirmed per grade and per order, documents are provided on request rather than as a fixed public library. Tell us the product and grade you are evaluating, and we send the matching file. We do not publish direct download links for documents that are not yet finalised; if a file is ready we will share it by email or a secured link.
Frequently asked questions
Can products be customized?
Yes. We develop formulations, forms and packaging to a customer's specification — from a single indicator change to a fully new grade — and support it from sample through to volume production.
What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?
MOQs and lead times depend on the product. Standard commodity grades generally have a lower minimum and can ship from stock, while fine or custom-synthesized items need production lead time that varies with synthesis complexity and order volume. Your quotation states the confirmed minimum and the delivery date, so there is no guesswork on either side.
Which shipping and payment terms do you support?
We ship under common trade terms (FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, DDU, DDP) and work with standard payment methods including T/T and L/C. Final terms are agreed per order and depend on destination and product classification, and we will confirm what fits your case when we quote.
How do you control quality?
We prepare a pre-production sample before a run where the product is new to you, and we carry out a final inspection before shipment. The point is to catch a mismatch in the sample stage, not after the drum is already on a vessel. For grades with a defined specification we state the tested parameters up front, so you know what "acceptable" means before you place the order.
How to request a document
- Tell us the product name and grade, or the application if you are still choosing between options.
- Name the market the product is headed to, since some documents differ by region and by regulation.
- We confirm what we hold and send the file, or explain what we can prepare and on what timeline.
If you need a document we do not yet have finalised, we will say so plainly and describe the route to obtain it, rather than pointing you to a placeholder link.
Need a document now?
If the file you need is not listed here, email our team with the product name and grade; we route you to the right technical contact and send whatever documentation we already hold for that item.
